I open my doors and my heart to you as a safe space to exhale, to be held, to rest and to remember that you are love at your very core. This Sunday, I invite you to lay it all down. To rest your spirit in a sanctuary of sound. To be held in the vibration of love, the kind that softens what has hardened, the kind that mends the places that feel broken.
Come exactly as you are. Bring your tenderness, your weariness, your sorrow, your hope and your longing. There is nothing to fix, nothing to do, only space to receive and be nourished.
Together we will breathe love back into our bones. 💚🕊️
Cost is $20.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and pillow pillows are provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to help you deepen into the relaxation experience.

🌿 You are welcome to bring an item to place at the altar~ something to soak in the loving energy we cultivate in community and will return home with you to infuse your space with that essence.
